The unit is on the “sunny side” of the court, offering abundant natural light throughout the day. Your family will love this space and its proximity just steps to the soft sand of Mission Bay.

Please do not park in front of the garage or in neighbors’ parking spot.
• If you need additional parking, you can park on the street or in the overnight parking spots a few blocks south at no charge.

This rental is located on a quiet court in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. Out of respect for our neighbors, we have a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets.
