Kitchen:
The main level is equipped with a fully functioning kitchen which includes:
a refrigerator with water and ice, a gas range, 5 burner gas stove top, a dishwasher, a microwave, KitchenAid, Ninja blender, 4 piece toaster, waffle iron, 12-cup Keurig coffee maker. There is 1 slow cooker, 1 griddle, grilling utensils, electric kettle, and eating and cooking utensils for up to 16 people. We also provide basics for cooking: 1 black pepper grinder, 1 sea salt grinder, 1 pink sea salt grinder, and vegetable oil for cooking.
Dining:
The dining area includes a rectangular 8-person table and 4 barstools on the kitchen island, seating up to 12 people. There is also a kitchen bar containing 12 wine glasses and a cocktail preparation area, perfect for entertaining.
Living Room: The open concept living room, kitchen and dining area lead to the deck overlooking the backyard. The vast living area is ideal for groups to lounge and spend quality time together. In the winter months, snuggle up to the fireplace with a hot drink and enjoy the holiday season. In the spring and summer, enjoy the view from the back deck while watching the family splash in the pool or swing on the playset.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom on the upper level has a king size bed, office space for remote work, lounge chair, and closet for organizing clothing during your vacation. The master has an attached bathroom with luxury amenities, which includes the walk-in steamer shower, a large soaker tub, and a large vanity.
Galaxy Bedroom: The galaxy themed bedroom has a queen size bed, lounging chair, closet for hanging linens, and a swirling galaxy art mural on the ceiling.
Sunrise Bedroom: The sunrise bedroom has a queen size bed, two chairs for lounging, a dresser and closet for clothing organization, and a colorful sunrise mural on the ceiling.
Hall Bathroom/ Laundry: The hall bathroom has a large soaker tub/ shower setup on the left hand side of the room, and a full laundry setup on the right hand side, which includes a Kenmore Elite front load washer and dryer.
Basement Level
Theater: The theater/ game room has a massive 85” LG SmartTV and surround sound entertainment system, optimal for gaming and movie viewing. Cable is not provided, but the SmartTV gives access to log into any of your favorite streaming channels. The luxury lounge couches have electric fold out foot rests and cup holders for movie viewing comfort. For larger groups, we provide banana chairs for extra seating, and a barstool seating area with the option for electronics/ laptop setup The Yamaha Clavinova piano is available for those who wish to practice piano while on vacation.
Basement Kitchen: The basement kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, and sink. This provides extra cooking and food prep space for larger groups.
Basement Master Bedroom: The basement master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and attached master bathroom. The walk-in closet has a pack n’play for families with small children. The attached bathroom has a shower/ tub combo, vanity, and toilet.
Bunk Bed Playroom: The bunk bed playroom has a twin/ full size bed set up. It is equipped with children’s play toys and a TON of family-friendly board games that are available for use throughout your vacation.
Basement Bedroom: The bedroom on the southwest end of the basement has a queen size bed, a queen size fold-out couch, and an attached bathroom. The attached bathroom is a full bathroom, with a shower tub, vanity, and toilet.
