Our spacious and sunny home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment and more. 5 bedroom (3 queen sizes bed and 2 king size beds) and 3 full bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay.
All the mattresses are pillow top side to have a great quality sleep.
High-quality laminate flooring throughout the all house.
Spacious kitchen, fully stocked and set-up with high-end stainless steel appliances, a big dining table is set in the dining area to enjoy meals with your family.
Living area with one comfortable sofa bed and 55" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends.
Very nice neighborhood, many stores and restaurants nearby.
We are located close to the American River , kayak rentals, bike rentals and more.
High tech heat/AC vents, high tech smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed.
