The space
Please note: This is a duplex property. That means there are 2 independent units in one property. This reservation is for UNIT II, which is the side of the property. The other independent unit (UNIT I) is an occupied family home.
Please review the check-in details before your arrival. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. It is also our pleasure to provide helpful information in order to give you an excellent experience.
Interaction with Guests
During your stay I won't be available in person but I'll be happy to answer your stay-related questions, preferably 9am-8pm.

Our backyard is still work in progress, so you might see us occasionally working on landscaping.
Outdoor RING cameras are located only at outside entry points for your safety and security of the home. Please ask host if you have questions and concerns prior to booking.
Children of all ages are welcome but parents and caretakers should be aware that there are limited amenities available for kids or toddlers. There are no baby cribs, baby tub and playpens, no changing tables, high chair for kids, just the bunk bed and toddler/twin car bed. Also, no child proof safety measures provided.
