This unit is apart of a 3 unit triplex home. You will have your own private unit and private backyard. The benefits of a family neighborhood is that it is quiet, safe and free of street noise. In order to preserve this environment we ask our guests to follow a quiet hours policy after 10pm. Please keep noise levels down at night and be respectful of neighbors. Bring your group inside at night and close the windows and doors if you plan to be up late. do

You have a reserved parking spot on the left side of the driveway. Please do not park on the right side as that is reserved. Additional parking is available on the street.

Fire extinguisher/first aid kit on top of the fridge.
*Please remember you will have your own private unit and backyard, however, this unit is still apart of a 3 unit property. The owner lives on the property so please be respectful of him as well as the other neighbors since it’s a very residential, quiet neighborhood. We have a very strict no party policy so please abide by this and keep noise levels down at night. If you plan to be up late just keep windows closed to keep the noise down.

-Please put dirty dishes/cups in dishwasher and run the dishwasher. Detergent for the dishwasher is under the sink.
