The Ironwood Country Club pro shop, pool, and hot tub are only a short walk away. The house has a west facing patio that creates spectacular sunsets, and a great place to BBQ your meal. There are orange and lemon trees that surround the property ( time to make your fresh squeezed orange juice in the morning). This is resort style living at its best, and only 25 minutes from the Phoenix airport.

The house is fully furnished, new paint inside and out, new washer and dryer, and stainless appliances that make this home look like new. The house has vaulted ceilings, and is very light and bright. Windows line the back side of the house, for great golf course views. The house has casa Blanca fans and A/C to provide a comfortable environment. The house is wonderful, but you will want to take advantage of the quite neighborhood for leisurely walks.
