1. Parking - Ideally a compact to a midsize car, and No SUVs. Additional fee required.
2. Deck furniture cushions - Please add to the House Rules that all the cushions need to be stored indoors when not at home/overnight. Otherwise, they do fly away over the railings.
3. Garbage - Guests need to take the garbage to the bins on Wednesday night and put the respective garbage in recyclable, compostable, and trash.
4. Linens and Towels - Utilize the initial set of linens and towels only. For laundry, detergent is provided.
5. Toiletries and Cleaning Supplies - A starter set is provided that includes- paper towel, toilet paper, tissue (Kleenex), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher detergent. If any of these run out, tenants are responsible. Plenty of garbage bags are provided.
Neighbors live directly below, so please be respectful and quiet, and gentle stepping on the hardwood floors.

PG&E is paid $100. Over $100 per month, the tenant is responsible.
