With a cabin deep in the woods feel it's hard to believe that this unit is roughly 1/3 mile from Eagle Lodge (Chair 15) and across the street from the Sierra Star Golf Course. Plenty of room for the whole family downstairs with a king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 bunk beds (4 beds) in the kids room. Upstairs you'll find the ambiance that most people dream of which includes a remodeled kitchen, big screen HD TV, big views and deck. This town home also has a mudroom entry and is heated by HYDRONIC RADIANT HEAT- radiators which will provide a clean, quiet and comfortable stay.
There is also a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and tennis court about 100 yards from the front door.

PARKING - If you have a 3rd car and parking is tight, please contact the manager at the front desk and use the overflow parking area.
CHECK-IN - PROBLEM & REPAIR ITEMS - Please let me know ASAP if you find any broken and/or anything not working properly. I can be reached at (949) 246-0547 and always appreciate insight of repair items so as to provide a better experience for everybody who stays here.
LOCKING THE FRONT DOOR - Simply press the small LOCK button on the inside of the door handle to lock it either from inside, or before you shut the door behind you when you leave.
HEATING – This condo is heated with Radiant heat which provides clean, quiet and comfortable heat similar to the sun. There is a Radiant heater in every room including the bathrooms, where the towels are hung. So be sure the hang up your towels on these bars where they will be dry and warm for the next use. There is also an overhead electric heater in every bathroom to provide additional heat.
Also note that won't feel the Radiant heat as fast as your typically do with a forced air system, so please be patient and remember that it takes time for the temperature to rise after the thermostat has been turned up at the MAIN THERMOSTAT. (located in the downstairs hallway)
MAIN THERMOSTAT - Located in the downstairs hallway, the thermostat is set to a comfortable 66 degrees. You can over ride this setting a maximum of 3 degrees, but please note that it will return to this default temperature of 66 degrees at 7am, 11am, 5pm & 10pm.
WOOD FIREPLACE - Push the damper lever (located on the bottom center of fireplace) all the way in towards the fireplace when starting a fire. Once your fire is lit and burning well, begin to slowly pull the damper lever out so your fire does not become too hot and overheat the upstairs.
HOOKS ABOVE RADIATOR - This is a great spot to place your wet gear without worrying about it catching on fire. Boots, socks, gloves ect... may be placed directly on top of the radiators.
POOL/JACUZZI/SAUNA - You will need a key to enter which is hanging on the wall downstairs as you enter on the LEFT. To get there, go outside and RIGHT towards the front office and you will see the entry gate on the LEFT just after you pass unit #5. Please don't bring any glass items.
CHECK OUT is at 10AM.... Please do your best to take care of the following items:
-Load and Start the dishwasher.
-Empty the kitchen trash into the big green trash cans outside.
-Leave the beds unmade.
-Return the pool/jacuzzi key to the hook downstairs.
-Lock the front door when you leave.
