Set back on a deep lot, this very private, fully furnished and ready to be your retreat for a month or more. This one bedroom charmer includes a detached garage, pergola covered patio for outside dining and entertaining, and a large enclosed backyard lawn for pets complete with a built in dog door. Neighbors to just one side.
In addition to the spacious master bedroom, a Restoration Hardware queen- size sleeper sofa is in the living room adjacent to a half bath. Additionally, we have a 1965 Airstream in original condition which is a fun play space for kids and adults alike.
Besides a block walk to St. Helena's charming Main Street, we are just 15 minutes by car to Calistoga to the north and Yountville to the south. Access through a back gate leads to a great dog park around vineyards.
We have a 30 day minimum to be in compliance and would be happy to consider long term lease arrangements either furnished or unfurnished as well.
