The space
This gorgeous 7-bedroom, 6.5-bath luxury home is ideally located just a 1-minute walk directly across 30A to the beach and the shimmering emerald waters of the Gulf! Enjoy deeded beach access with no wristbands needed, no lines to wait in, and notably less congestion on the beach here than in surrounding areas!
Designed with big groups in mind, this house is perfect for 3-4+ families who want to vacation together in paradise!
As you enter, you're greeted by beautifully appointed coastal decor, with shiplap, crown molding, white quartz counters, high ceilings, and wide plank wood floors throughout. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, a King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a large glass shower + rain showerhead, a Queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a bunk room with one set of Full-over-Full bunk beds and one set of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds. The bunk room shares the King suite's bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway.
The remainder of the first floor is built for entertaining, with a spacious living area and dedicated game room complete with a pool table, a wet bar with a built-in fridge and sink, a chalkboard wall, couches, and a TV!
Step outside to the stunning private heated saltwater pool, spa, + pool deck and lounge in the shade or sun! Head up to the 2nd floor, where you will find the main living/dining spaces of the home, boasting a dreamy, massive open-concept chef's kitchen! The kitchen has 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, and 2 full-size sinks! The oversized kitchen island has barstool seating for 8 guests and gives more than enough space for large gatherings. The living room and dining spaces are beautifully designed with coastal decor, and have gorgeous floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that allow for tons of natural light flow.
Open the sliding doors and merge the interior and exterior spaces! On this 2nd-floor balcony, you will have a great view of the pool below as well as a built-in outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and outdoor living + dining areas. There are 5 bikes provided for guests' use- it is only a short ride to Rosemary and Alys Beach, and other local favorites like the Big Chill! Access to the 30A bike path is right outside the home!
Other things to note
-Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited..
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation, available Oct 1- April 30.
