Welcome to 'La Dia Dream'! This home away from home has been recently purchased and the new owners have done an amazing job redoing the entire home from floor to ceiling! Beautifully decorated with an ocean theme, all new paint, furniture, carpet, and beautiful new cozy bedding. This is two-story home has vaulted ceilings, large picture windows all around to capture the ever-changing colorful ocean waters, a big open floor plan, and a huge kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, pantry, and wet bar. Enjoy hanging out at the counter bar with swivel bar stools so you can mix and mingle with the cook and your guests! The great room has spectacular ocean views, with two comfy couches and a large flatscreen HDTV. Adjacent is a formal dining room with a warm and inviting gas fireplace, just a flick of a switch and you got instant ambiance!
There's a great sunroom for hanging out on lazy afternoons reading a good book, or a great area for conversation. Through the sliding glass door out onto a private patio is landscaped with succulents, pretty colorful flowers and there's a large hot tub on the upper deck! Be on the lookout for an abundance of wildlife from the deer that pass by daily, all kinds of birds, butterflies and you might even see the resident bobcat! Here you will find a humongous wraparound deck with a BBQ/smoker that has easy access to the kitchen for cooking!
Located in the desirable, scenic, and charming neighborhood of Sereno Del Mar, with stunning Pacific panoramic ocean views and is an easy 10-minute walk to the beautiful mile-long Portuguese Beach! There are so many things to do in Bodega Bay and surrounding areas. From shopping, boutique wineries, Marinas, fishing piers, and many great restaurants. Nearby there are many things to do for day trips. Visit historic Fort Ross, Armstrong Woods, Russian River Resort area, and great golf courses.
