This peaceful 1,475 sq ft town home is very centrally located. Just a few minute drive to downtown and a 7-min walk to grocery store, CVS and dining. Living room has dramatic 24-foot ceiling that peeks open to the guest room. Loads of natural light and large sliders open to breathtaking spacious private courtyard, fully furnished with BBQ, lounge area, patio dining table and private pool and spa.
This town home is located in the 48@Baristo gated community. Concrete floors downstairs, hardwood floors upstairs, a fully stocked kitchen to cook, bake and host. Multiple fireplaces and a powder room. Two bedrooms with en suite baths upstairs, and a pretty comfortable sleeper pulls out of the sofa.
The guest room overlooks the living room, and the primary bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool.
The living room, guest room and primary bedroom are all equipped with a Samsung smart TV, which includes cable TV via the Spectrum app, a Roku device with all the apps installed (you’ll need to use your own accounts to log in), and the ability to push content via Apple Airplay. The living room has a soundbar, and you can push music to that via Bluetooth.
The garage can fit one car, and the covered car port can fit one car. There are plenty of uncovered open-air parking spaces for guests. The garage has the correct plug to charge EV vehicles, but no charging cable.
Other things to note:
• 30 night minimum. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property
• We do not charge extra for heating the pool or spa!
• Up to two small dogs are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per stay
• The HOA requires a signed lease agreement for your stay. We will ask you for your email so we can send you an electronic lease agreement for you to sign
• There are two security cameras, but neither have a view of personal spaces
• The Roku remote will power on the TV and Roku. You may need to use the 2nd (TV) remote to select the Roku input to bring that full screen.
• The pool cleaner comes every Tuesday and Friday morning, and the gardener comes the 4th Thursday morning of every other month
