Sweeping views greet you as you come into this large comfortable home in Petaluma, California. There are 3 bedrooms plus a dedicated office. A large deck allows you to enjoy outside living. The house sits on 3 acres of rolling green grassland which turns a golden/brown color in the summer months.
Our home is large (3,000 sq. ft), recently renovated and extremely comfortable. The views are spectacular.

There are 2 other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed.
There is a large dedicated office/getaway space. There is a queen size air mattress available should you want to bring in 2 additional guests. There is a family room with a large TV (75"). There is a separate living room to enjoy.

There is a world class city, San Francisco, only 38 miles to the south. Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada Mountains are 3.5 hours away by car and Yosemite Park is 4 hours away. There are many regional parks close to our home for outdoor activities including hiking.
