This home is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, 1-3 miles from shopping, retail, dining, pubs, entertainment, services + schools. It's also a very short distance from local regional parks, the American River Bike Trail, kayak rentals, and river access points.
This 4 bedrooms/2 baths mansion has vinyl hardwood floors throughout the main living areas and hall. From the entrance, a large living room greets you and leads to the updated kitchen with new built-in stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, large dining area surrounded by windows, and door to the back yard. Upstairs has brand new carpet and new fresh paint throughout the whole house.
All three bathrooms were fully remodeled with brand-new vanities, lights, new toilets, tubs, etc.
The kitchen has modern shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, and access to a great private view of the garden and the swimming pool.
The backyard has plenty of space with a private pool and mature trees for coverage. House offers privacy and tranquility, in a convenient location to Larchmont Rossmoor Park, a short half mile to the American River, and bike trails.
