Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 2+ acre property. We are private, yet close to everything: 10 minutes to EDH and Placerville. 15 minutes to Folsom and Red Hawk Casino. 25 minutes to Apple Hill. <2 hours from South Lake Tahoe not much further to SFO and Napa.

The space:
This 2-acre property is fully fenced including an automatic gate which is great for kids and pets. You'll see plenty of wildlife including rabbits (so many rabbits!), deer, quail, and more.
Spend time outside in the covered patio (with 2 ceiling fans) cooking a wonderful meal with the outdoor kitchen (large grill, smoker, fridge, built in ice chest) and eating at either the 6-person outdoor dining room table or the 9-person outdoor bar. After dinner move to the outdoor conversation area while watching the kids swim in the pool. Finish the night in the hot tub under a sky full of stars.
Or if you prefer the indoors you cook in the full stainless steel and granite kitchen with double ovens. The chef is still connected to the fun in the Texas sized living room that has 4 ceiling fans and is wrapped in windows to enjoy the beauty outside. You can watch a movie on the 75" TV with surround sound and subwoofer. If you prefer you can mix up a drink at the wet bar while playing a game of pool.
During the days you either work from home with the two large desk areas and high speed wi-fi or hop on Highway 50 (5 minutes from the house) for an easy commute to Folsom/Sacramento/Roseville.
The main bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and the laundry room has full size washer and dryer. Garage access is included to park two vehicles.
Guest access:
One of the 4 bedrooms will be locked to store our personal belongings. This leaves 3 bedrooms for guest use.
