Stunning 3 bedroom, 3 full bath with beautiful lake views. Relax and unwind with panoramic views and world class fishing on Clear Lake – the largest natural freshwater lake in California. One of the best Clear Lake locations with its own private dock, just 5 minutes away from charming downtown Lakeport, with excellent restaurants and breweries, and plenty of wine tasting opportunities. Due to low lake level, dock is not usable for boats at this time.
This home is artistically designed living spaces to open water views of Clearlake and Mt. Konocti. From the open kitchen that flows into the dining room to the large outdoor patio, there is plenty of room for all guests to enjoy. Custom features embrace the natural element's of water, earth and stone and these flow into all of the fabulous details of the home. There is a large game room that includes an air hockey and ping pong table for you to enjoy.
