Amazing Sunset Cliffs Ocean View Property. Clean and modern. Sweeping ocean and sunset views. Minutes form Ocean Beach. These views are breathtaking! you'll be in awe at the vastness of the ocean below.

This home is *at* the beach. Ocean Beach, Mission Beach and Pacific beach (OB, MB, PB) are all very close by. Even closer are Sunset Cliffs Beach and Garbage Beach (no actual garbage- it is just the name the surfers gave it years ago). Both are more secluded and have fewer tourists that the big beaches.
Again...Quiet Hours are at 10 p.m. This is pretty strictly enforced. Unfortunately, I've had to remove guests in the middle of the night who didn't believe me. This is a neighborhood and not suitable for partying.
Please note, guest house/separate second unit is not accessible during stay. We do not rent to separate parties at the same time.
