House history
The Surf & Sand cottage was built in 1905 and was said to be a gift from George Dillon the founder of Dillon Beach to one of his best friend’s and fellow fisherman.
The house embraces the past and adds plush comforts to make it the ultimate oceanside getaway.
As one enters the home you will find a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy after returning from the beach. The kitchen is set up for those who love to cook. With a four burner Viking range, dishwasher Nespresso coffee maker and a beautiful farm table you'll be inspired to cook.
Finally the TV room comes with a 65" television, leather fold out sofa which is perfect for the little ones.
The upstairs bedroom provides views of the ocean and the Bay. It has separate access to the deck. At night you can enjoy the stars from the large skylight. It has a Queen bed with an attached Jack and Jill bathroom.
Downstairs is the primary bedroom. A cozy romantic master bedroom with Cal King bed provides a peaceful escape. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. It has a private bathroom with radiant floor heating and a rain shower.
