Welcome to our stylish and centrally-located Tahoe Keys condo. This townhome features direct access to a one-car garage, ensuring you won't have to trudge through snow or rain. Recently, the exterior of the development underwent an extensive remodel, and the condo itself is updated and ready for your enjoyment. Experience carefree living just minutes from the Casinos and Lake Tahoe. Please note, guests do not have access to the amenities available to Tahoe Keys residents.
Parties/Noise
Parties in a short term rental are against the law, and against Airbnb policy. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay since you are so close to them. The property's quiet hours of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. Do not gather outside after 9:00 pm. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with Minut noise monitoring. It does not record conversation, it simply measures volume level and sends alerts to us if sound is over 75 decibels. There are camera's installed on the exterior of the property for security of the home and to help prevent parties. If you have a party we will call the authorities and have you removed from the home.
Number of Guests
There will be a fee of $25 for each guest over the number booked, unless discussed with us, even if the person does not stay the night. This is to prevent parties.
Parking
Please park only in the one car garage.
Check-Out/Cleaning
Checkout is no later than 11:00 am. Unfortunately, we can NOT offer late checkouts; any checkouts that occur after 11:00am will incur a penalty fee of $100/hour. Please let us know the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. We do a thorough cleaning between guests and we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you place any dishes in the dishwasher and start it, and take the trash out to the large bin in the parking lot. Please leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.
Restrooms
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including wet wipes and flushable wet wipes.
Smoking
Our home is a non-smoking home, please only smoke in the back yard. It is dangerous to smoke inside and we can't get the smell out for days. If we find ashes from cigarettes or marijuana or the house smells of it, there will be a $300 fine.
Lost Items
Please do not forget anything in the home. Unfortunately, we cannot package and ship things that are left behind.
Candles
We do not allow candles in the home, this is an extreme fire hazard.
Damage
We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is stain remover under the sink in the kitchen and in laundry room for the carpet and bedding.
Utilities: Lights / Heating
We kindly ask that you switch off lights, turn off fireplace, and turn down heat/AC and turn off exhaust fan when leaving the home.
Pets
Pets are allowed with a $100 per pet, non-refundable fee. No more than two (2) pets are allowed. Please alert us prior to your stay if you are planning on bringing along your pet. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home; please clean your pet's feet if they are dirty/muddy prior to allowing them in the home. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. We shall not be held responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet. Please note, there will be an additional $100 fee for any animal waste found on the property after you leave.
Furniture
Please do not rearrange furniture. We have had guests rearrange and damage the furniture and the flooring. It is also difficult for our housekeeper to put it back where it belongs.
Please do not unplug anything in the home. It is difficult for the next guest if lamps are unplugged, and there are items in the home that operate the door lock and doorbell. If you don’t know what it is, do not unplug it. Do NOT unplug the wireless router or modem or it will shut down the door lock and you may get locked out.
