The larger city of Porterville is also just 15 minutes away and has many shopping and dining options, including a brand new casino and small airport. The home is beautiful with two fireplaces: one in the game room and one in the living room area where you can sit on the sectional and enjoy the fire while watching the flatscreen. The entrance to the backyard is from this room and opens up to a fantastic enclosed patio area that has ceiling fans with a lovely view of the putting green and beautiful pool oasis area. The pool is gated for safety. The home has two dining areas and a large open kitchen with a half bath and laundry room off of it. Down the hall, you'll find two guest rooms with walk-in closets and a full bath with a shower/bath combo. To the right is the beautiful master suite with a walk-in shower and closet with a separate toilet room and a lovely his and hers sink area, perfect for getting ready.
