Parking notes: Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. Parking for Units 1 and 3 is on the west(right) side of the front door to the home, and parking for Units 2 and 4 is on the east(left) side of the front door. This home is located on a hill, and AWD/ 4WD and chains may be needed to access this property in the winter months.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in a guest fine of up to $2,000 (in addition to penalties assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No pets or smoking allowed. Outdoor furniture and BBQ will not be available during snow season.
