The Annex is a smaller version of our property “The Farm”.
The Annex is located in a quiet, farm setting only 3 minutes away from shopping, restaurants and all the conveniences you might want.
The Annex is a 1200 sq ft property that’s been completed renovated. The home is surrounded by farm land and only has one neighbor within sight of the home. Paved roads lead you to the house that sits on 1 1/4 acres. It’s in a safe area and has plenty of room to park vehicles and trailers.
The Annex is in a quiet, farm setting but has all the modern conveniences such as high speed internet and a large, smart TV.
It’s a one story home with no stairs to access the house.
There are three comfortable bedrooms with two full baths.
The largest bedroom has a walk in closet, a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a large shower, a sink and a toilet.
The second bedroom has a full size antique bed with a mattress topper and a closet.
The third bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin roll out trundle and a closet.
There is a full bathroom across from these bedrooms equipped with a bathtub/shower combo, a sink and toilet.
The kitchen has a new stove/oven and a new refrigerator. The only thing this property does not have is a dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with all the pots, pans and dishes needed to prepare and eat meals. We supply coffee, bottled water and snacks for guests.
There are enough places for 6 people to sleep but you will be more comfortable if you keep it to 4 if it’s all adults.
