These two properties sleep up to 20 guests. We offer the option to host special events with a maximum of 30 attendees per property for a total of 60. Two of our properties include an intimate theater, perfect for screenings or sports events, and are enhanced by luxurious amenities like saltwater pools, jacuzzis, and panoramic rooftop decks. CONCIERGE AND ADD-ON SERVICES

- Additional cleaning is available during your stay at $1000 per cleaning; notify us 72 hours prior, as weekends may be harder to accommodate.

For guest stays of approximately a week or more, Guests understand that someone will come to water the indoor plants during regular business hours. SALTWATER POOL & JACUZZI
- Optional heating is available with associated fees.

For this price, the pool will be heated to 84iiojj degrees, and at any time you can switch to a jacuzzi to get to 104 degrees (time to heat est. at 2 hrs).
