Positive: This is an old house that has been recently freshened up. It is split into at least 2 rentals.The place has been newly remodeled. The bed was comfortable. The appliances were nice and new.

Negative: The windows are several months old and have not been cleaned. They still had the stickers on the glass from the factory. The blinds were all raised when I got there and the windows are filthy. Why have the blinds raised if you don't clean the windows? The shower curtain was filthy as well as where the tub and floor come together was nasty. I turned on the tub faucet and a1/2-3/4" cockroach was in the tub. I flushed him down the drain. I stayed 2 nights. The rent was less than the pre-charged cleaning fee of $155.00. Funny thing is they give the renter a list of things to do before they leave. I hate this scam where they attract you with a great rate and then charge you a cleaning fee higher than the rent and it only shows up when you are paying at the end of the reservation. That is why I stay with booking hotels normally. Hotels don't play this game. I also had issues with parking. They told me ahead of time I could park in the 4th spot on the right side. Only other car at the time was in the 3rd spot and the overly full dumpsters were within a foot of my car. I contacted them and they said I could park in spot 3 and 4 but the next time I went to park they were in the 3rd spot again and I ended up parking in the 4th spot again. When I came out in the morning the trash dumpsters were behind my vehicle ready to be emptied sometime the next day. I had to move them to leave. Finally things seemed better the next day. No one wants to park next to overfilled trash cans nor do they want to move them Also the walls between the units is not sound deadened and you can hear them talking in the next room. I took pics of everything and I will try to post them to support my review. I could only add 4 pics or I would attach more The place should be much cleaner if they are charging that much of a cleaning fee. I will not stay there again.
