Areas like the downstairs living room, awe inspiring kitchen and dining area, and the Observation Tower; a lounge area onlooking the Mayacamas Mountains with 360 degree views of the Valley and surrounding vineyards. The exterior grounds are spectacular. A wrap around porch leads to meandering pathways through rows of hydrangeas, mulberry trees and majestic oaks. Original, historic barn provides the backdrop for an expansive lawn and adjacent bocce ball court. Raised vegetable beds border a small Petite Syrah Vineyard to the south; and an on property educational vineyard is located to the North.
