The space
Our property is a beautiful farmhouse with a modern twist that we call, the Rowley Ranch. It sits on (8) acres with surrounding nature that is full of trees, distant mountain views and stunning longhorn cattle that roam in a fenced area near the property.
Come sit on the covered porch with fabulous views of a pond or stroll through the 90- apple tree orchard (help yourselves if in season). You are welcome to play horseshoes or cornhole and enjoy the pond. *Small children must have adult supervision at all times by water areas.
We are located off of Interstate 80 about an hour west of North Shore Lake Tahoe and east of San Francisco in a quaint town called, Loomis. The Rowley Ranch is within minutes to Folsom Lake, great coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and shopping.
The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, and sleeper sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals. Outdoor space includes dining area, seasonal vegetable garden, and a BBQ.
