Tranquil and spacious, you’ll find this recently-upgraded home centrally located and accessible to San Diego’s hotspots. While being a short drive away from the city life, find respite here by laying poolside, or go hiking to reconnect with nature. Within 20-30 minutes, find yourself gallivanting in the heart of downtown, exploring the Safari Park, or soaking up the sun in Del Mar! The second floor balcony and backyard offer inviting spaces to enjoy morning beverages or lounge in the evening.
Tucked away from the main road, this fully renovated two-story house is nestled in a residential neighborhood. The front entry door opens up to an inviting living room with high ceilings, thoughtfully furnished to set a welcoming ambience for all to enjoy. With comfortable seating across the large mounted TV, this is sure to be a cozy spot to watch Netflix or just to unwind.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, furnished with a contemporary farmhouse table with flexible seating options for 8-10 people. Right next to the dining room is a fully stocked, modern kitchen with quartz waterfall countertops, white raised shaker cabinets, and black fixtures. From both the kitchen and dining area, you have access to the outdoor pool area, side patio and backyard.
From the other side of the living room, access two of the bedrooms equipped with full-sized beds. Each bedroom features a unique lighting fixture and either plentiful closet or drawer space to store your clothes and belongings. Additionally, each room has a window furnished with lace curtains, welcoming in plenty of natural light. There is also a floor-to-ceiling curtain in the doorways of both rooms for privacy. The bathroom contains a full standing rain shower with river rock flooring.
Walk up the stairs to the second floor to access a third bedroom through a sliding barn door. This room has a double bed, plenty of closet space, and a lovely view of the backyard area. Those staying in this room have the option to use the bathroom downstairs or through the primary suite. Next to this room is a loft area furnished with a desk and chair to set up a laptop or for reading.
Last but definitely not least, retreat to the cozy comfort of a king-sized bed in the primary suite with a large walk-in closet and mounted TV. This bedroom has a private en suite where you’ll find dual-basin sinks and a freestanding tub. The tub sits in front of a river rock wall, offering the perfect space to soak and decompress. Next to the tub is a massive stand-in rain shower with gold fixtures and river rock flooring. This primary suite also has a balcony accessed via a glass sliding door, where you’ll find seating to relax and enjoy the view on. From the balcony, there are stairs down to the yard and pool.
The backyard features a lovely kidney-shaped pool to cool off and relax in. Take advantage of the plentiful patio furniture to lounge as a group or for some solo-time reading a book. There is also a small picnic bench for children and a charcoal grill to enjoy some BBQ.
In the primary closet, you’ll find the iron, air mattress, extra pillows, blankets, and towels for convenience. There is wireless internet for working and streaming at no additional cost to you.
