Fully ADA accessible: ramp at entrance, roll in shower, fully accessible kitchen, bathroom, and back deck.

Very clean, newly renovated green building. Energy efficient, quiet, warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Right in the middle of all the action in Sierraville. 5 minute drive to Sierra Hot Springs. 2 minute walk to two cafes and our famous Mexican restaurant (Los Dos Hermanos). Right in the heart of the Sierra Valley with great views out every window.
Excellent home base for Sierra Valley bird watching, hot springs, Lakes Basin, Sierra Buttes, Independence/Webber/Jackson recreation areas. 1/2 hour drive to Truckee, 45 Minute drive to Lake Tahoe summer fun and winter skiing. Mountain biking, hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, etc. All the fun you can have in the Sierra happens here!
