Summary: The listing for the house is accurate. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. You could easily fit 12-22 people in this house if you brought air mattresses. The property does use well water and a septic tank so no toilet paper is allowed in the toilets. The owner responds to questions and problems promptly. Our stay inside the house was great. I think the biggest problem we had was with the pool. First, the waterfall in the pool is not allowed to be turned on. Our kids were really disappointed with that because it was one of the features that we were excited about when we booked the house. Second, the pool was dirty. There were large amounts of dirt that would settle in the bottom of the pool and on the steps each night. We called the owner, and he checked the filter and and pool cleaning tool, and all were working fine. However, there was dirt every time we swam in the pool. With no waterfall and lots of dirt, the experience of swimming in the pool wasn't as great as we had hoped it would be. The property is beautiful with plenty of space, but the pool was disappointing.
