AVAILABLE TO USE:
In-ground heated saltwater pool:
-available for registered guests from 8am until 8pm during the season which usually runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day, depending on weather. ***Additional times are possible with advance approval***

-located on the deck of the tiny house

Other things to note
*I chose to follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol to protect my family and our guests which includes:
sanitizing high-touch surfaces, using cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, wearing protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination, cleaning each room using extensive cleaning checklists and providing extra cleaning supplies, so guests can clean as they stay.
*Hilltop Hideaway is equipped with a composting toilet called The Separett Villa 9125. This isn’t just any composting toilet, it is the most advanced waterless, urine-diverting toilet available. It is vented to the outside and there is no smell whatsoever!
*We have another Airbnb on our property as well and the parking is split between the two Airbnb’s. Please park in front of the sign that says Hilltop Hideaway
*There is space to park one car, if you are bringing a second vehicle, please notify us so that we can move things around to accommodate a second vehicle
*The tiny house is equipped with a stove top only- NO OVEN
*For stays longer than 3 days, we do offer cleanings during your stay for an additional $25 each time. Please let us know at check in if these services will be needed
*For stays longer than 4 days, we will require access to the tiny house to service the composting toilet, this takes less than 5 minutes to complete
