Trilogy at La Quinta is a complete resort with 1200 homes, friendly residents, a fabulous 21,000 SF clubhouse, two pools, dozens of classes, tennis and racquetball courts, bi-weekly happy hours with live entertainment and the area's top tribute bands, magicians and comedians performing almost every week, clubs, a long list of daily fitness classes and much more.
Inside you will find a beautiful spacious kitchen with stainless steel GE Monogram appliances, an XL cooktop, double convection ovens, granite counter-tops, a wine refrigerator and an extra-large, entertainment sized island. There is an additional French Door refrigerator in the garage.
The open floorplan includes a beautiful Great Room with a stone gas fireplace and a 75” flat screen TV. There is full size new Samsung front load washer & dryer, Wi-Fi throughout the home as well as a Pelican whole house water filtration system.
Enjoy your own oversized master bedroom on the opposite side of the home, separated from the other guest bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed with remote controlled risers to help you get your most comfortable night’s sleep. There is also a sitting area in the Master, another large flat screen TV, a deep soaking tub, walk in shower and a roomy built in closet. Sliding doors lead out to the pool and spa.
Sorry, No smoking or pets. Owner pays for landscaping, pool maintenance, cable TV, high speed internet service, water & trash pick-up, bi-weekly cleaning service and HOA dues. Shows can be streamed on all major channels using tenants own account. Channels include all major services such as Hulu, Apple, Netflix, Paramount, MAX, etc.
Utilities: Owner pays the first $250/per month for natural gas and electricity. Natural gas and electricity costs over $250 per month will be billed separately to the tenant.
