Enjoy luxury ocean front accommodations in Trinidad, California. Our vacation rental includes access to our entire 3.5 acre property located on the gorgeous pacific ocean. The rental house is a full 4100 sq ft. and has two separate, private entrances. Plenty of room for parking 2-3 cars. Access to the property is via security keypad and automatic gate. There are six security cameras in place outside and around our home. Our home is very private. For those concerned about the environment we have installed a 10,000 watt solar system to lessen our carbon footprint on the planet.
Outside you will find a hot-tub, a separate viewing deck perched on the bluff to enjoy up close views of ocean and coast. Seal rock is situated right in front of our house. Looking North you can see all the way to Scotty Point. Outdoor grilling area with dining area perfectly situated to take in the view while enjoying your food.
The house is a complete luxury home. It has a full kitchen with dining area, full bathroom with tub, comfortable living room, sitting room with desk, and 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms also has clothes storage and a small walk in closet. The highlight of the unit itself is probably the views you get from the various rooms and the private deck which one of the best views on our entire property.
Free wi-fi for guests, a smart TV with Netflix already setup.
Please enjoy our landscaped gardens, outdoor bbq area and separate "bluff" deck that takes in the closest views of the coast imaginable. Plenty of places around our yard to sit and enjoy. Small amount of children's playground equipment is also on site. Hope to see you soon!

Please use accurate guest count when reserving your stay. You may be denied entrance or removed from the premesis if more than your stated number of guests arrive at our home. We can accommodate up to 16 guests, however our rates are based on 8 guests only. Please review our room and bed layout before booking. Additional guests have the use of three sofa beds, and are only charged only $75 per night. The maximum guests allowed is 16.
Private upper part apartment over the garage are might be occupied by the other guests or owner. Please ask additional information if needed to book the upper part as well for full privacy of the entire property
