Welcome to SURF’S UP, located one block from the sugary white sand beaches on the desirable north end of the Anna Maria. SURF’S UP is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage that has been completely and lovingly renovated from top to bottom and is gorgeously decorated, meticulously maintained and ready for Coastal Living Magazine!!
SURF’S UP is spacious with an open floor plan, ceiling fans throughout, a full-sized Washer/Dryer and a one car garage. The large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and upgraded cabinetry has a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The dining area also seats four comfortably and opens to the warm and cozy living area with plenty of room to relax. The living area leads to the screened in porch overlooking the heated cocktail pool and very private tropically landscaped yard. The yard is fully fenced with a gas grill, outdoor lighting and an outdoor shower.
The master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom with a large glass tub/shower combination and marble counters. The guest room has a King bed which can be converted to twins if you prefer. The second bathroom is conveniently located just steps from the guest room but is central to the rest of the home and has a large glass walk-in shower.
Surf's Up has a beach wagon, beach chairs, towels, and a cooler so take the short walk to the Gulf where you can relax, walk Anna Maria’s 7 miles of beautiful beaches, and enjoy the spectacular Gulf sunsets. After the beach take the a stroll to Pine Avenue for shopping or to visit one of our great local restaurants or for a more casual dining experience try the Rod N Reed pier or the Anna Maria City Pier.
