Dog rules:
Puppy’s that are not house trained won’t be allowed.
Keep your dog on a leash when walking it around the property.
Bring doggie bags to clean up after your dog.
Take the poop down to the garbage bins away from the house.
If dog is shedding please leave a tip for the cleaners.
We are not allowing dogs to be left alone without a crate with pads underneath it.
No puppies or dogs left alone. Cats can be left alone.
Be aware that your dog may throw up and vomit if it eats grass on the property so watch your dog at all times. And please clean up after your dog. Extra cleaning charges will apply if there are stains.
One dog per group extra charges for more dogs
Please bathe your dog and brush it so there are no fleas and hair left behind.

No cigarettes.
Dinner parties are fine that end at a reasonable hour.
WiFi is spotty through the house. We have an Ethernet hard wire connection for your lap top and an adapter.
Check in time is 30 min flexible in case cleaning goes over time.
Please watch your kids ensuring they don’t stuff toilet paper or toys down the toilet. Plumber charges will apply if necessary.
Let me know right away if there is something broken or not working so it doesn’t delay the next guests from checking in.
