Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, my newly updated 1BR/1BA West San Jose condo is great for business or pleasure. The condo is near Santana Row (0.6mi) and located a *gated community* by Hwy 280/880. We’re an end unit toward the end of complex, allowing us to have more privacy.
Amenities include pool, spa, gym, in-unit washer/dryer, 1 dedicated underground parking. There are guest parkings available outside the gated community first come first serve basis.

**QUIET & GATED COMMUNITY**
You will love to this spacious newer modern 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in newer complex and in a gated community. Very functional floor plan that’s approximately 700 sqft.
****CONVENIENTLY LOCATED****
We are right off of 880/280! Furthermore, not only this condo is walkable to Santana Row but this particular unit is also private and quiet. The condo is located on the first floor, near the back of a gated complex towards the end of the community, allowing our unit to be much quieter than other units in the same complex. It’s also an end unit.
****FRESH LINENS BETWEEN EVERY RESERVATION: We use duvet covers only and not comforters so that we can change to fresh duvet covers between *every* reservation on top of changing all sheets, pillow covers, and bed covers.
I personally like the smell of fresh linens and clean sheets, so I want to make sure my guests have that as well.
*DEDICATED PARKING UNDERGROUND** Dedicated and gated parking underneath the building** There is a dedicated parking spot behind the gates to this unit that is underneath the building.
**AC and Heat** Nest controlled AC and Heat available.
**Fully equipped** The condo is conveniently equipped with in-unit laundry, furnished, patio, and one gated and dedicated parking spot in a gated area. Very rare unit that offers great comfort and convenience!
**Amenities** You will have full access to the gym, pool, spa, and the BBQ area. We have a cute little playground too!
**Proximity to shops** We are only .5mi away to the famous Santana Row! You could walk to Santana Row in less than 15min or so!
We are also right across from Starbucks as well as other restaurants and shops, even closer than Santana Row!
