♦ 30 minutes from Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, and Downtown LA.
The Home is over 1,500 SF with plenty of room for an entire family with an abundance of natural sunlight throughout the home. There are curtains throughout the windows and doors if you'd prefer to be a little more cozy.
►The home is located in a quiet tree lined neighborhood with street lights at night for you to enjoy a nice evening or morning stroll.
►The Living room has two sofa couches with plenty of room for socialization.
►The family room has a queen sized pull out sofa bed for any additional guests. Family room has plenty of natural sunlight. A perfect space to relax or have an afternoon tea with an open view to the tranquil garden.
►The home has 3 regular sized bedrooms with a king bed in one, and a queen bed in each of the other 2 rooms.
►There are 2 detached full sized bathrooms. One with a shower head and the other comes with a hot tub.
►Fully stocked kitchen for your travel needs.
►Coffee & tea station for your morning 'wake-me-ups'.
►The backyard is a fully enclosed space equiped with variety plants, flowers and green lawns. Perfect space for an afternoon relaxation or a gentle morning yoga flow.

►Two Free tandem parking spaces on the driveway in front of the house. Please do not block the sidewalks.
►Plenty of street parking as well but please be aware that street sweeping is every Wednesday.
►There is train track that's a little under a mile away but you can hardly hear, especially with all the doors and windows closed. ►We do have (1) exterior door bell camera and (1) exterior alleyway camera for safety purposes. No interior cameras present.
