There is a large flat screen TV with all sports channels available, as well as on demand pay-per-view movies. Baby gear available: crib, pack and play and baby bath. You are steps to the Matt Davis Trail, and a 10 minute walk to both town and the beach. NOTE: There is a small studio under the main house with a separate entrance that can be rented separately or added to the house rental. Gas Grill. No Pets Allowed.
