Four bedrooms, three baths, sleeps ten. King in the primary, queens in two guest rooms, and a queen plus two singles in the fourth — works for multi-gen trips. The back of the house opens to a creek and pond with Rainbow Lake just beyond. Fish off the dock, paddle the kayaks, or walk to the marina. Yard is open to the water, so keep an eye on kids and pets near the edge.

About 3 hours from Phoenix. Fall foliage peaks the first three weeks of October. Sunrise Ski Resort is a short drive in winter.
