Magnificent view of the water and distant mountains, migrating birds [seasonally], great restaurants within 10 minutes, famous vineries within 40 minutes drive, world famous parks within 25 minutes, classy shops 10 minutes. Most of our guests just want to stay here and do nothing but relax watching the Pelicans diving in the water, Canadian geese migrating, a family of deer grazing in the back yard. Or occasionally watching sea lions swimming in the water.

No wedding, parties, get togethers, etc. are allowed at this home due respect for my neighbour's peace and tranquility.
