Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Nice property in a good location. Tons of space. Well equipped and easy to check in and out. Everything was ready for us. Good communication beforehand with emails and knew what to expect when arriving at the property. Kids LOVED the foosball table and enjoyed their bedrooms. Bathrooms are recently updated and were a nice feature.

Negative: Some of the kitchen appliances and cookware is a bit worn out and hard to use but was good enough for 2 days. Outdoor area was basically unusable due to being uncleaned for quite some time. TONS of GIANT mosquitos but this isn't the owner's fault. Just a product of being in the woods. Wifi is slow but not much you can do about that unless they get StarLink service. Guest book says to dump trash in dumpsters but doesn't comment on where the dumpsters are. They're all the way down by the school and not near the house. Spent a good 20 minutes walking around the neighborhood looking for a dumpster. Thankfully a friendly neighbor was around to let us know where it was. Being our first time in Yosemite we weren't privy to how the trash collection works. A short sentence advising they're by the school would be nice.

Summary: Short and sweet stay for 2 nights and wish we could have spent more time. Would rent again.
