Located on the edge of Natomas and less than a minute drive to Supermarkets and delicious dining, you will experience a great neighborhood that's safe & fun in the Capitol City.
The space

Upon arrival, one should take note that I embrace both safety and security. I've installed both key and keyless entry as well as a Ring, because the quality of your stay matters.
Entering the home always feels like a joyous occasion when the living area is decorated in pops of gold and red throughout. The eye is immediately drawn to a colorful art piece, soaring gold wings, and the word "blessed" above the luxurious mirrored dining room table surrounded by majestic black chairs.
The home then opens up to a welcoming family room with a stunning full wall mirror, a wall mounted 55" Flat Screen TV (with cable) above a techie fireplace, plush sofas and ottoman, and connects a Chef's kitchen with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, coffeemaker and more!
The home also has a bedroom for every guest. The first floor is where the AD bedroom resides with cozy sleep number twin bed, a full bath with AD hand rails. The garage doubles a family game room with a full-sized pool table and air hockey table for hours of entertainment. Traveling upstairs, the landing features a designer desk and work station (with high-speed WIFI) as I do not allow my guests to use the dining room table for computer work or homework.
The crown jewel of my home features a classy, Grand Master Suite on the second floor designed with a meticulous purpose for relaxation and quiet time. Upon entering the Grand Master Suite, the eye is immediately drawn a luxurious King sleigh bed with shimmering sequin and high design details surrounding. To the right, sits two inviting recliners for reading or just for good conversation, however there is no TV on purpose. The Grand Master Suite is your getaway, which leads us to the Grand Master Bath. In ancient times, both Egypt and Rome, the bath was more than a place to get clean. The baths were also a place for great conversation. Based on your preference, this Grand Master Bath features a large soaking tub to enjoy with a loved one under an elegant chandelier for your nest great memory. The second floor also has many rooms for each and every taste. The Kids room has bunkbeds plus one extra bed in the trundle and one single twin with a full size closet. The Cream room is a more Zen space with a cozy queen bed that's more open and room for activities such a yoga or workouts. The Black room is more of a secluded space with a cozy queen bed for someone who wants to be alone. And the second floor has a full bathroom to share, plus full sized washer and dryer the laundry room.
