This is a NON SMOKING property- 1300 sq feet one bedroom all new Guest House. Sleeps 2 adults and up to 2 children. If additional adults will be staying it will be $25 more per person per night to accommodate wear and tear. 30-45 minute drive to play in the snow! Close to fishing locations, hiking, kayaking, boating @ lake success, or Balch park. Going to an event at the Springville Ranch, White Barn? We are less than 1 block right around the corner, walking distance! What a better spot to be if you want to have a GREAT TIME at an event and able to walk !
Enjoy the quiet space here on our 2.5 acre property. 100% securely gated property, with gate code to access. Dogs welcome (2 max) with non refundable fee $25 per dog per stay. RV Parking with water and power hook ups available for additional guests in your party, $25 a night per trailer or RV. Basic toiletries and laundry supplies on site. No Bbq on site.

Summary: Extremely spacious. For a guest house, the space was great. We were there to join with out family for a Holiday Celebration and I need to prepare a couple of items for the big family meal. The kitchen space and the utensils provided was perfect and made the task easy. The bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower perfect and the living space was relaxing. Thank you!
