Our home features exceptional living spaces, thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. With tasteful updates, brand-new furniture, and amenities, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Each window offers city views or allows the sun to filter through the trees, creating a serene atmosphere.
IMPORTANT: While the home offers four bedrooms, there's a spacious 800 sq. ft. apartment downstairs for larger groups (included). It includes a fifth bedroom, living area with a sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and laundry. For smaller groups, we offer four upstairs bedrooms, two living areas with sofa beds, and a Queen aerobed.

You will have full access to the home, except for one pantry and the owner's closet, which are used by cleaning and maintenance services.

Perfectly positioned near all the top wine country attractions, we're also just a short walk from Montgomery Village's upscale shopping and dining, three delightful breakfast spots, Montecito Heights Health and Racquet Club (with day use available), and convenient stores like Safeway and CVS.
Getting Around:
We provide plenty of on-site parking, with space available on our long driveway and in the garage. However, please note there is a strict limit of FIVE CARS at the property. Kindly refrain from parking on the narrow street. For your convenience, Uber, Lyft, and various private services are easily accessible, allowing you to explore wineries without needing to drive.

Please note that local inquiries are required before booking, and the minimum age for booking is 25 years. Parties and events are not permitted, and full identity verification is necessary.
Important: Prior to your arrival, you will need to complete guest verification through Superhog, our third-party provider.
