This charming 1985 ranch style home with modern updates in the Arrowhead Ranch Development in Glendale, AZ, minutes from parks, restaurants, Golf courses, shopping, Arrowhead Mall and the Peoria Sports Complex. This house is ideal for small groups of six adults. Easy access to the 101-Loop makes this property a great home base for events anywhere in the PHX metro area. Private Pool with Heated Spa. Spa heating is included seasonally including reservations booked during the months of May through October. The Spa will operate from 4p-10p daily when enabled.
PROPERTY MAINTNENCE INFORMATION:
Pool Service: Service is done weekly; they arrive every Friday morning before 0800
Garbage Service: is on Wednesday. A service person will arrive on Tuesday evenings to take cans to curb and will put them away on Wednesday.
Landscaper: Monthly Landscaper works on this property the third Thursday of each month.
There are four live security cameras. One at the front entrance of the home as well one in the garage and one on the side of the home.
There is also 4th camera under the back patio awning to monitor the pool when the house is vacant. Guests are asked to take this 4th camera down when they arrive and replace it when checking out.
City Code Enforcement:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
Damage Deposit: A Refundable Damage Deposit of $1,000 has been included in the price of your reservation.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Air Conditioning: Please note A/C cannot go below 69 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues.
