Enjoy our new beautiful, luxurious, peaceful home in the heart of Los Angeles! Newly constructed two-story house with lots of natural sunlight, great air circulation, & high ceilings. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, places of worship, museums, pharmacies and entertainment. Located in heart of Pico Robertson, Beverly Hills adjacent . Minutes from Rodeo Drive, the Grove & other tourist attractions. Close to LAX & freeways. Sleeps up to 10 people. Baby items available upon request.
Our house has everything to make your stay a pleasant experience, including central heating and cooling, and high-speed internet. There is a pull-in driveway that can accommodate multiple vehicles, although two-hour street parking is also available.
LIVING ROOM: As you enter through the double doors, you will be welcomed by the ample natural light throughout the 9-foot tall first floor. You'll immediately notice a comfortable couch facing a 65-inch smart TV and access to the backyard where you can enjoy the SoCal weather. There is also a bonus room on the first floor that has a cushy sectional couch and a projector for watching movies. There is one bathroom on the first floor.
KITCHEN: The kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, marble backsplash, and natural sunlight, and has everything you’ll need for cooking and eating. You’ll have full access to the gas stove top with the pot filler, 36" refrigerator, Keurig machine, and more.
DINING AREA: The dining area contains a circular table that seats up to 6 people. A folding table with additional chairs is available upon advanced notice for larger groups.
Like the first floor, the second floor also has high ceilings. Here is a brief description of what you'll find:
BEDROOMS: There are three bedrooms, each with ample closet space. The first bedroom contains one queen bed and a TV, the second one has two twin sized beds, and the master bedroom has one queen size bed and sliding doors with access to the upstairs deck. All bedrooms exude plenty of natural sunlight and darkening blinds/curtains.
BATHROOMS: There are two bathrooms, one full bathroom in the hallway and the other for the master bedroom.
LAUNDRY ROOM: A washer and dryer are available for your use during your stay. It also contains extra linens and towels.
