Patio has two lounge chairs for lying out and patio table for four. Second floor: Living room facing ocean, with large windows to take in the beautiful sunsets, has a flat screen 60” TV, lots of games & books for family fun nights. Kitchen is fully stocked for 12ppl, with desk area to check your emails. Home includes WIFI. Gas BBQ located on upstairs balcony. Second floor bedroom #3 facing street has a queen bed and trundle bed sleeping 4ppl, with TV.
