Perfect home and property to get away and totally unplug from the day to day grind. Leave any and all stress behind. The home is unique in that it is intentionally void of any guaranteed network streaming into or connected to the home. However, most all guests and myself have limited coverage or feel free to bring your personal hotspot.
This home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests who are seeking a very warm low amber lite zen space. The beautiful A frame home is definitely cozy and comfortable inside, with a very natural feel and design. Open floor plan with 3 separate levels and plenty of windows to make it feel as if you are actually in the outdoors.
Beautiful spacious land to enjoy and explore at your leisure. Short hiking trail is available to guests. Delight yourself in; wildlife, wildflowers of the Pacific Northwest, wild edible mushrooms (when in season), forest meditations, & barefoot earthing/grounding. All activities are to be enjoyed with caution and at your own risk. Please do not consume any forest edibles if you are not completely certain they are 100% safe for consumption.
For an additional fee I'm happy to offer grounding barefoot hikes to interested guests. I also offer backpack hikes with overnight stays in the forest. Both will need to be prearranged at booking time.
You may also want to just relax and enjoy 3 comfortable outdoor seating areas, all which are connected to the home. Each offer different beautiful natural forest views. Included in two of the outdoor seating spaces, designer propane fire pits are available to cozy around on a chilly day or evening.
The home and property both offer a great opportunity for small retreats, classes, ladies or men weekend getaways, honeymooners or just a romantic hideaway. Yogis and bare footers welcome.
Off site activities include, when available. Guided day horseback trail rides into the trask mountain range. Approximately within 4 miles from the rental property. Same off site, offers day passes for a small fee to enjoy swimming in their small private lake or just relaxing by the beautiful riverside. Pre arrangements or at booking are requested.
Another off site activity you may want to include in your stay may be touring the beautiful local wineries/vineyards. We have a connection with a wonderful local wine tour company that offers tours and transportation to our local wineries/vineyards. You will need to prearrange with them for pickup and delivery to and from the vacation rental. Again if this is desired, please let us know at booking.
In the event your group is larger than what the home accommodates. Additional tent camping may be offered and available for an additional fee. Please prearranged at booking time.
