The fully renovated Vacation House on Deep-Waterfront, overlooking Chincoteague Bay with unobstructed natural water views. The very spacious, nearly 3500 square feet house has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The attached dock provides water access for fishing and . The house is only 30 min driving to the Chincoteague Island for beach activities. The scene around the house is just intoxicating.

No house keeping will be provided during guest stay.

The house will hold 8 adults at maximum.

We have a charcoal grill for your use but you need bring your own charcoal.

Summary: We do not recommend this property. We spent more on this rental than we usually would because it was a very special occasion for our family joining from three states. Upon arrival, we noticed that the house was very warm, and we soon found out that the air conditioning was broken. The house was extremely HOT. The thermostat in the coolest part of the house stayed in the 80s. Upstairs felt like an oven. The worst part was the manager would not believe us for a few days and kept asking us to send pictures of the thermostat. He also told us to try putting our feet in an ice bucket to cool down. They finally sent a repairman who said the ducts were filthy, the unit had not been maintained, and it was too small for the house. They also had no coverings on the huge windows to keep down the heat. The house never did cool off. It was a solid week of sweating. The manager said he would return some of what we paid, but he never did. We all went home and back to work exhausted, and one of our kids ended up sick because of it. Because this experience was such a nightmare, it will be a very long time before we ever try something like this again. We got burned pretty badly on this one.
