This newer, light and airy home, is wonderful! It is only about a half block to Shamel Park, and across the street from the ocean. This is a very comfortable two story home with wonderful ocean views. You enter downstairs, with the two queen bedrooms and then go upstairs to the main level with the king bedroom, kitchen and living room. The BBQ deck is on the back of the house and the main, ocean view deck, is off of the front of the house. Gorgeous ocean views and a great walking area! Short, easy walk to town, restaurants and Moonstone Beach boardwalk.
