Positive: Loved the charm of the old house. The check-in process was so easy, and we felt welcome from the moment we walked in. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had what we needed. Many items such as plastic zip bags, foil, etc. were provided, as was laundry detergent. That was a big help since we had flown into California and didnt have room to bring these items. It was wonderful to have the full size washer and dryer in laundry room. The outside yard was beautiful and well maintained. Just a nice place all around.

Negative: I did not realize that there was no air conditioning. Although the temperature was cool during our June stay, and we opened the windows for a nice breeze, we still would have liked at least a ceiling fan for sleeping, especially since there was some moderate street traffic noise. There were small 6" fans available, but not really a good place to set up and plug in. The upstairs shower head is way too low for even the shortest in our group, but the downstairs shower was great. Even with these mild inconveniences, we would book again in a heartbeat.
